Cancellation Policy

Clear Path Psychology reserve time for your scheduled appointments. Non-attendance at these scheduled appointments may impact your progress towards your treatment goals. Furthermore, non-attendance may impact other client’s ability to access appointments in a timely fashion. Non-attendance also impacts your psychologist in lost earnings. As such, the following cancellation policy is applied at Clear Path Psychology to allow us to offer the allocated time to another client.

Clear Path Psychology require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session without you incurring any extra fees. A $70 fee will be charged for late cancellations. Non-attendance at your scheduled appointment will incur the prescribed session fee. Clear Path Psychology understand that unforeseen circumstances can prevent your attendance at appointments. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. If Clear Path Psychology are unavailable at the time of your call please leave a message and await a return call.
